What is the meaning behind "Soluna"?

Soluna is the beautiful union of Sol (the Sun) and Luna (the Moon). It represents the ultimate cosmic balance—the harmony between action and rest, light and shadow, the masculine and feminine energies within us all. Our products are curated to help you find this equilibrium in your daily life.

Are your crystals ethically sourced?

Yes, ethical sourcing is at the heart of everything we do. We work exclusively with family-owned mines and conscious suppliers who guarantee fair wages, safe working conditions, and environmentally respectful extraction methods. Each stone is hand-selected for its energetic quality and natural beauty.

How do I cleanse and charge my crystals?

To keep your crystals vibrating at their highest frequency, we recommend cleansing them regularly:

Sacred Smoke: Pass your crystals through the smoke of burning Palo Santo, white sage, or incense.
Selenite: Place your stones on a Selenite Charging Plate overnight.
Full Moon: Lay your crystals on a windowsill or outside under the light of the Full Moon to bathe in lunar energy.

Note: Avoid water for softer stones like Selenite, Lapis Lazuli, or Malachite, as it can damage their structure.

How do I care for my gemstone bracelets?

Our wearable energy pieces are handmade with durable, high-quality elastic cords and natural stones. To prolong their life:

Roll, don't stretch: Gently roll the bracelet over your hand instead of pulling it.
Keep dry: Remove your bracelets before bathing, swimming, or applying lotions and perfumes.
Store mindfully: Keep them in your Soluna linen pouch when not in use.

Are your incenses and candles natural?

Absolutely. We believe in pure, sacred smoke. Our incense wands and Palo Santo are 100% natural and sustainably harvested. Our candles are hand-poured in small batches using organic soy and coconut wax, natural cotton wicks, and pure essential oil blends. No synthetic fragrances, parabens, or phthalates are ever used.

Where do you ship from?

All Soluna Rituals orders are packaged with intention and shipped directly from our studio in California, USA.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

What is your return policy?

Because of the delicate, sacred nature of our products, we accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Crystals: Because every natural stone is unique in shape, color, and texture, we do not accept returns based on natural aesthetic variations.
Damages: If an item arrives broken or damaged during transit, please email us with a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of arrival, and we will happily send a replacement.

Can I send a Ritual Box as a gift?

Yes! Our Soluna Ritual Kits make beautiful, intentional gifts.

Every box arrives hand-wrapped in our signature, eco-friendly tissue paper inside a beautiful, keepsake wooden box.
You can add a personalized gift note at checkout. We will handwrite your message on a beautiful Soluna card and place it inside the box.
We never include pricing invoices inside the package.
