1. Processing & Handling Times

• Standard Orders: All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).

• Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces: Custom Energy Bracelets and personalized Life Journey Boxes require extra care and are handcrafted to order. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for custom items to be created before shipment.

• Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated email confirmation. A second email containing your tracking number will be sent as soon as your package ships.

We ship domestically across the United States and internationally to select countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

• Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees: International orders may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), and customs clearing fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Soluna Rituals is not responsible for delays caused by local customs handling.

3. Packaging & Fragile Items

Many of our products—including raw crystal clusters, travertine trays, glass spray bottles, and ceramics—are delicate. We use recyclable cushion wrap and eco-conscious packing materials to ensure your high-vibration tools arrive safely.

4. Address Accuracy & Redirects

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

• Address Corrections: If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us immediately at info@thesolunarituals.com with your order number. Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are unable to alter the delivery address.

• Returned Packages: If a package is returned to our studio due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or an uncollected delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• Damaged Items: If an item arrives broken or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thesolunarituals.com with your Order Number and photos of the damaged item and outer packaging. We will send a replacement immediately.

• Stolen or Missing Packages: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the mail carrier, Soluna Rituals is not responsible for stolen or missing packages from your doorstep or mail room. We recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or your local post office first. If you still cannot locate your package, please reach out to us so we can help you file a carrier claim.
